Teachers as social transformers should aim to mould a generation with highest academic excellence along with excellent character and personality.

As the days pass by the teaching profession have become more demanding. The changing perception of learning, the disturbing events that we are exposed to, the changing technologies and addiction towards them, all these require to keep abreast of the latest information and also to continue to respond professionally to the challenges.

Education without culture and character is of little value. It is the main responsibility of teachers to mould a young generation blessed with self-respect, self-confidence, self-esteem and a sense of dignity, build on the strong foundation of academic excellence, good character, and high moral and spiritual value.
